Nội dung phim

Holly (Olivia Thirlby) là một nhiếp ảnh gia sống trong cô lập sau khi mẹ cô qua đời. Cảm thấy bị lãng quên và không ai để ý tới, cô dần dần trở nên vô hình, theo cả nghĩa đen lẫn nghĩa bóng. Cô không còn được ai nhìn thấy hay nhớ đến, sống như một cái bóng trong thế giới thật. Tuy nhiên, một ngày nọ, Holly phát hiện ra Shayne (Alan Ritchson), một cựu võ sĩ MMA sa cơ, là người duy nhất có thể nhìn thấy cô. Nhận ra mình từng góp phần khiến sự nghiệp của anh sụp đổ thông qua một bài báo paparazzi trong quá khứ, cô quyết định giúp anh chuộc lỗi và lấy lại danh tiếng. Qua đó, cả hai cùng học cách đối mặt với quá khứ và tìm lại bản thân.
