Nội dung phim

Bộ phim diễn ra sau các sự kiện của phần 2. “Friend” vẫn đang cai trị thế giới bằng chế độ độc tài, và thế giới năm 2017 đã trở thành một xã hội bị kiểm soát nặng nề. Kenji Endo, nhân vật trung tâm của phần 1, cuối cùng tái xuất sau nhiều năm sống ẩn dật. Anh quay lại để đối đầu với “Friend” lần cuối cùng và ngăn chặn "Ngày Tận Thế Lần Thứ Hai" – một phần cuối cùng của Cuốn Sách Tiên Tri.
